That's great, I wish I had family who understood. My best friend left the church with her entire family but she lives in Nevada so I never get to see her but she's an amazing support system. My weekend involved exams and my parents farewell lol they're going on a mission. If you come to Layton we should hang out! I work in Layton.

Yeah That's how it is for me, my entire family is LDS and so are my friends. I lost a lot of friends when I left, I guess you just have to believe that people come into your life when you need them the most and they leave once their purpose is fulfilled.

The mindset is the hardest part, 3 years in and I still get caught thinking like a Mormon. Honestly I think the best way to move on is to recognize it as the past and as something that helped you grow, then be thankful for the good it did and leave the rest behind. You're writing the next chapter in your life and it simply doesn't involve the church.

I agree :) well most people within religion assume that on e you leave you have no morals or boundaries, I believe in proving them wrong, there are great people in this world without religion.

Amazing. Best decision I ever made. You just need to keep in mind that morals are important

Yeah I left 3 years ago. I can't believe it's been that long. I agree on the bogus part, it is what it is though.
