Child molestation

Started this discussion. Last reply by atlast Jun 20, 2015. 1 Reply

By now, the entire world is aware of Catholicism's problem with child molestation.  However, how many people are aware that the LDS church also turns a blind eye away from it?  When I was a…Continue

"I so believe you. I've been hearing more and more stories lately that follow this theme. My mother used to say, "The people going to church are probably the ones who most need to be there." I think there's some truth to that."

exmormom atheistic proselytisation

When you, a LDS member wakes up and realizes it was all a bunch of crap and furthermore comes to understand that the stupid story you fell for, or were taught, was based on another, stupider story, do you have a moral obligation to try and right some of the wrongs you've inadvertently done?  As painful as it may be, do you try to help others find the truth and wake up while they still may have a chance of a life as an intelligent free thinking person?  Or do you pretend that you're just going…See More

Agnostics/Ignostics

A group existed just for Atheists, and one can be both an agnostic and an atheist. However I thought it would be nice to have a group just for the Agnostics/Ignostics.  Agnostic-atheists are free to join here too, as are deists, pandeists, etc.

Translation of the Scrolls.

After forty years, I asked two obvious questions:  Why would an eighteen year old man in NY State translate an ancient language into Shakespearean English (it isn't God's language, or Gutenberg's),  & where did they get all the full sized Equines ?
