Nursing Student, Associates of Arts Degree. I enjoy a good cuppa or some joe. I have two children, and have been riding the waves of single motherhood for 6 years now. I've been inactive off and on, but this last go round I started digging deep and questioning my constant bouts of inactiveness. This brought about my decision to leave the LDS corporation and I've been in this place for about 4 years now. I can't wait to meet some others making their own way.
Interests and Hobbies:
Reading, Music of all kind, writing, camping, science, podcasts, and getting down with the kids.
"Pillars Of the Earth", "The Midwife", "Outlander", "A Christmas Carol", "Water For Elephants", "Tender at the Bone", "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan", "The Help", "The Devil in the White City", and many others
The thing is I never remember the titles of movies. I enjoy a good thriller or horror movie, but it's hard to find someone else who does. I tend to watch these alone in the deep, dark of night. I do enjoy movies, but reading is more my style.
Favorite activity after mormonism?
By far the thing with the greatest enjoyment is coffee. I grew up in a mixed active family. My father drank coffee every morning of my childhood and I adored the smell. Now I can brew my own cups and enjoy them guilt free! (Sex, swearing and alcohol are close seconds.)
If you went on an LDS mission, where and when did you go?
I was spared this agony. But I lived in Vietnam for 6 months and I do speak Vietnamese.
