My Story:
My Irish-Canadian ancestors converted to the LDS Church in the mid 1800's, lived in Nauvoo and came over to the SL Valley. My great great grandfather moved up to Annis, Idaho and our family has resided in the Rigby, Idaho area ever since.

My immediate family is not active in the LDS Church. My brother has already resigned. I am going to resign soon. The Prop 8 thing in California has prompted me to take action.

Most of my extended family is still TBM. My immediate family knows my feelings about the church. Everyone else doesn't. I am fairly anon on this site.

Very Cool! Is Jerry Johnson not the bomb! I skied all over MT ID CO & UT years ago ~ Lookout was one of my favorite places! Didn't they have a white marble statue of Jesus at the top of the black diamond run @ Lookout? Even tho it was in the 70's ~ I swear it was Lookout ;-)

Welcome aboard! I grew up on the east side of Lolo Pass. I used to love hiking into the Bitteroot-Selway wilderness up the Lochsa to the Hot Springs; is that close to you? Best Regards ~

Cute doggies. I think I had a mission companion from Rigby ID. I think his last name was Wilford. I served with him in 1999 in Chile Santiago West mission.

My wife is from Burley ID but I have friends in Cour'DeLane (spelling). If that's where you're from, do you know the Cox family?

Thanks for joining. Yes, chat feature does work, it's just not in a conspicuous location so is sometimes now seen, but you can chat and change windows and it still remembers what posts were there previously. Enjoy the site!
