Very curious by nature. Want to know how things work, learn all that I can. I'm trying on cynicism for size, but am basically a glass half-full kind of gal. I tend to give people the benefit of doubt.
Interests and Hobbies:
Knitting, hanging out with my friends, cooking, reading - especially about astronomy and cool science things (yeah... I'm a nerd), Texas Hold 'Em, playing board games, writing, swimming. Hope to visit all 50 states by the time I'm 50 - saving Hawaii for last.
Big HP fan. Read a TON of non-fiction on a wide variety of subjects. Own more books than I will read in this life-time.
Pride and Prejudice - the Colin Firth version. He's dreamy!
Favorite activity after mormonism?
Breaking every commandment I can.
Just kidding. Actually, at the moment, I'm doing a lot of hard THINKING. Examining my beliefs, trying to decided what's me and what's indoctrination. Heady stuff, this thinking thing.
Well... that and enjoying an occasional beer ;)

Yeah I used to be glass half full ~ but the 9 yr. drive for perfectionism burned me out, just a bit. I don't know if I'm cynical ~ or just sarcastic? I still want to think the best about people though ~ I'm such a softy.
Thanks for joining Freya! Good luck with your 50 states goal. I have been to 46 states or so (drug around the country by my parents a our MAV, Mormon Assault Vehicle). Haven't been to Hawaii, Alaska, North Dakota and one other which I can't remember.
