To access your Privacy Settings, hover your mouse over the "My Page" menu and click "Privacy Settings" as seen in below.

On the page that follows, adjust the Visibility settings for your profile page, and the default visibility for blog posts, photos, videos and events (does not change visibility on existing posts or events) and then click Save.

To adjust the visibility of existing blogs, photos, videos or events, pull up the item and from the Options button at the top, click the Edit button.

With your profile visibility set to "Members Only" or "Friends Only", unregistered visitors or non-friends will see a page similar to the screenshot below, displaying only your photo, alias, and if configured, your age, city/state, and country.

To change your alias or whether your age, city/state or country is displayed, go into your Profile Settings under the My Page menu and change your alias or adjust the options as necessary to remove your age, city/state or country.

To change the URL folder for your My Page profile, go into My Page Settings under the My Page menu and change the folder as shown in the screenshot below.
