Nothing eases a head cold like a good cry and with three days of Air Quality Red Alerts here in central North Carolina, I thought I better get your suggestions now... My pick, hands down, is the…Continue

Saw Django Unchained

While it had a lot of violence I thought it was fairly accurate as far as how slaves were treated in the old south. I had hesitated joining the Movie talk group because I don't see many movies. This…Continue

As a whole, it's no secret that I'm a huge fan of cartoons.  Having wanted to be an animator since I was 14, watching the growth of Pixar and Dreamworks has been a fascinating experience... if only I…Continue

Just saw J. Edgar. I found it interesting, especially the use of flashbacks.

I recently watched the film Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead.  It's an amazing journey of an Australian man from sickness to health.  I blogged a synopsis and review of the film and encourage you if you haven't seen it to do so!

I plan on seeing Pleasantville again.  As a questioning mormon, I liked parts of it but hated parts.  I should like it a lot more now.

I've been wanting to see Pleasantville again in my ExMo state. The first time I saw I hated it. But that was in my ultra TBM state.

Anyone here seen the movie, "Pleasantville"?  I would be interested to see what messages were communicated to you...past the good entertainment of it.

I reminded me of the light and cognitive abilities that were turned on again when leaving the influence of the Borg / LDS.

Those that have seen it, what were your views and what did you think as you saw it.
