Hey all, if you are in the Denver area, for September we will be doing a family friendly meetup. We will be on the south side of town. (Oct we will do it on the north side of town... don't worry). Let's meet at Highland Heritage Regional Park at the little pavilion by the basketball court and volleyball court @ 2pm on Saturday Sept 6th. Going to also publish this to ex-Jehovah's Witness forums and Ex-Scientologist forums, so hopefully we will have an interesting get together. We consistently get about a dozen people, so please join us!

KindSmile, there is a exmo singles group on Facebook which Brooke Swallow set up. There's a lot of people on it and it is very active conversationally speaking. Most members are in the US.

I joined LAM in hopes of finding similar experienced women that have also graduated from lds incorporated. I am happy for so many that wake up from the Mormon mirage and leave the hoax of a church. It seems like more and more are leaving as married couples together too. Is there a singles website that has active participants for us that have realized the fraud of the church and are looking for friends and partners with common ground? Here on LAM it appears as folks come and go quickly without a real singles get together effort.

If we had a like button I would like your comment Jessica :)

As a Mormon, I didn't even think of bisexuality---literally never crossed my mind---but leaving the church opened me up to the idea that love needn't have limits; that thought burst through me like a door opening that I simply didn't know had existed.  Things have never been the same!

Hey I'm just excited that someone made a post in this group, hallelujah lol. I think a bisexual group would be great on here, why not start one Jessica :)

I've nothing but good experiences with bisexuals. One of my best guy friends is bi. He's pretty much told me that he'd like to hook up. I'm not wired that way but feel flattered. Haha! And I dated a bi girl for awhile who, though we're no longer dating, remains a good friend.

I think, in order to cross that line, you really have to open up to yourself. It must be a very cool journey!

So I hope that you find what you're seeking along with those of who are also available in the single sort of way. :)
