I was at a sisters place for Easter dinner on Sunday, and was asked about 5 times if I had watched General Conference on Television.  I just politely said "no".  This bugged me for about 24 hours, and

I was slightly uncomfortable on Sunday, as the family members are Mormon and there was alot of "Church chit-chat". I managed to pull thru on Sunday and just gotten my mind onto other things to help ease my mind.

Did anyone else have a simular weekend or time like this with family ? You may post your reply in here or by private message.

My family was out of town so we didn't visit anyone over the weekend and didn't turn the TV on nor hear any of conference. Kind of nice to mostly forget anything important to Mormons was even going on. I wish the weather had been better so we could have gotten some yard work done. But we did get our hall repainted. I've mostly found that if I want to maintain working relationships with my TBM family, I have to employ diplomacy and respect for what they choose to believe.
