In spite of the billboards and "I'm a Mormon" ads pretending that the church is some sort of a color- and gender-blind haven for everyone, this really reflects the church's true attitude towards women. This cartoon truly depicts what I was taught (as a teen/young married gal in the 70's) and I don't feel that a lot had changed as of 5 years ago (when I left the church). Odd seeing it describing the GOP attitude now as well!
