“I think it’s distasteful that women with larger and larger breasts keep coming to this school,” said Joanna Minchin, a teacher at BYU-I and president of the BYU-I edition of the IBTC. “This campus has a strict ‘no curves’ policy, which most of us keep by wearing baggy and unflattering tops. But a buxom woman will still have curves no matter how much clothing she puts on.”

What? Having flat chested women blend in with the men? Sure, and then we can have people generally confused as to why guys are wearing skirts and dresses while on campus.
Honestly, there is such a thing called GENETICS where a girl/woman is just naturally gifted with a large chest.
