"What I've learned over my last two years of being an exmo is that most members question but are afraid to let the questions come out. Providing a location to talk about questions, as well as concrete references to answers has a profound effect. As well, everyone has their own "buttons" that helps them to wake up. Think if your brother, sister, father or mother could be reached by tradtional media (Billboard) when everything else you've done hasn't helped? What if a well placed pamphlet could do that kind of relief for a fellow exmo?
In Marketing, we say that it takes an average of 6 contacts for a person to consider an idea. The hope is to increase the number of contacts for individuals in the the message will spread."
